Om det finns beaktansvärda skäl till att du inte kan sköta felanmälningar via hyresgästportalen – hör istället av dig till oss på 031-724 80 00 eller via e-post till kundservice.bostader@fop.se.

  • Akuta fel som uppstår under kontorstid? – exempelvis en pågående vattenläcka, strömavbrott eller ytterdörr som inte går att låsa? Ring 031-724 80 00
  • Akuta fel som uppstår kvällar, nätter och helger ? Ring jouren på telefon: 031-761 00 30. OBS: Jouren får endast tillkallas vid akuta fel som ovan nämnda. (Exempel på icke-akut fel: Kläder som inte hämtas ut i tid från tvättstuga. Rings jouren ut på icke-akuta fel så ansvarar hyresgästen som ringt in för uttryckningskostnaden som är cirka 4000 kronor.
  • Störningar? Ring Securitas Trygghetsjour/störningsjour. Dygnet runt, telefon: 010 470 51 05.

How to report problems & ask us questions

Have you noticed a problem in your apartment that is not urgent? Or do you need to ask us a question about your accomodation?

If there are significant reasons why you can not use the tenant portal, then contact us through kundservice.bostader@fop.se or by calling 031-724 80 00.

  • Urgent problems that occur during office hours Monday – Friday, such as water leaks, broken doors and locks, no cooling in the fridge/freezer, no heating, etc: call us at 031-724 80 00.
  • Urgent problems (see above) that occur in the evenings, weekends and nights – contact our on-call property maintenance partner at  031-761 00 30. Note that this number is only for emergencies such as mentioned above. Clothes left in the laundry room is not an emergency. Tenants who call this number for non-emergencies will have to pay for the cost themselves. The fee is approximately 4000 SEK.
  • Disturbances – for example loud music or noise from a TV, drilling or hammering during evening or nights, fights or other loud noise. Call our Disturbance unit (availible all hours of the day) at  010 470 51 05.
